The Lineup is set for Love Does – a fundraiser for Halifax area women’s shelters taking place on August 31st at The Company House. Juno Award winner Amelia Curran will headline the show and there will also be performances by Dana Beeler, Stewart Legere and Jenny MacDonald.
“We couldn’t be more excited to have Jenny and Amelia on board for this event,” says event co-organizer Chantal Caissie. “With these two talented musicians, and Dana and Stewart, who we had announced previously, it’s really shaping up to be a fantastic night of music.”
Love Does was planned in response to the Energy Rush headliner announcement, as a way for concerned Haligonians to channel their strong feelings into something positive and effective for Adsum for Women, Alice Housing, and Bryony House, the event will be held at The Company House (2202 Gottingen Street) on August 31.
