Laura Roy was voted “Best R&B Artist 2013” by The Coast and watching her perform at Harmony Bazaar 2014, it was easy to see why. Roy opened for Jully Black on Saturday night. Her songs (like “High Road”, “Imma Do Me” and “Karma”) are upbeat, catchy and had the audience dancing.
Roy gave an acoustic performance on Sunday, showing her musical versatility. She is a star on the rise in the Nova Scotia music scene.
